Lucky Me!

I have the greatest clients! Yesterday, I met Mackenzie + Monty to give them their guest book album for their wedding this Saturday and they surprised me with a little something from Oregon. They moved there a little bit ago and will be starting married life there next week in a their first home.

Mackenzie + Monty...thank you so much for your sweet gift! I can't wait to uncork that Pinot Noir with a nice dinner and end the meal with chocolates!

Cute Chicks!

I grew up with chickens and absolutely loved going to the coop everyday to find eggs. It was like Christmas over and over. Eggs taste so good when they are fresh and organic! So what did I do the other day??? I got two chicks! In about six months we will have fresh eggs right outside our door. Blanche is an Araucana...she will lay pastel green eggs, and Flo is a Buff Orpington...she will lay brown eggs.

The Fox Theater was absolutely fabulous! Since my brother's show was there in April I got a sneak peak backstage. The Fox was built in 1929 and has been host to so many great entertainers. The backstage walls, door wells, door jams, stairs...you name it... are covered in autographs, paintings, and drawings from too many celebrities to count.

Missouri Botanical Garden

While I was in St. Louis last month my dad (who flew out to see me for a little vacation) and I went to see the Missouri Botanical Garden. It rained most of the time so we hung out in the rainforest and took a tour on the tram. The grounds were amazing! The pop art of Niki was on display.

Erin + Nicholas

Nicholas is my brother-in-law. He and his brother have great taste in women and names! ;o) Erin will be my sister-in-law this September. We had a fantastic time hanging out in downtown Ventura and playing at the beach. Can't wait for your wedding!

Holly - Varga Girl

Holly has been wanting to do a Varga Girl shoot for a while now. I was the lucky one who she called to photograph her! We had a blast!

FYI: The 'Varga Girl' was introduced by artist Alberto Vargas in 1940. During World War II Varga girl images adorned military aircraft, ships, and even uniform jackets.

Steve is from the original Broadway cast of Jersey Boys. He is currently playing Nick Massi in the St. Louis tour. His other stage credits include The Collected Works of Billy the Kid, Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, It Ain't Nothin' But The Blues, Hedwig and The Angry Inch, and Hair with Sara Ramirez (Grey's Anatomy). Steve was photographed on location in St. Louis.

Holly is currently playing Lorraine in St. Louis's Jersey Boys. Her NYC credits include Anne of Green Gables, Seth's Broadway 101. Other stage credits...Throughly Modern Milly, Urinetown, and Cats. TV + film credits include "Seaquest 2032," "Figure It Out," and "Looking for Trouble."

Television credits include: "Johnny-Boy Soprano" on The Sopranos. Film credits include: Carlito's Way, Maid in Manhattan, Shark Tale, The Wild, and 13 Conversations About One Thing. You can see Joe on ABC's Dirty Sexy Money this fall. Joe's was photographed on location in St. Louis.

Courter Simmons

Courter Simmons can currently be seen playing Joey in St. Louis's Jersey Boys. His many acting credits include Beauty and the Beast, A Chorus Line, and High School Musical. He was also in the film The Producers. Courter was photographed on location in downtown St. Louis.
